A Los Angeles native, Avi values time with family and friends and enjoys global travel. He is also a proud uncle to three and loves creating lasting memories with the next generation. Outside of work, he enjoys hiking, golf, tennis, surfing, racquetball, and deep sea fishing.

Avi’s interests also extend into music. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Oberlin College and Conservatory and holds a master’s degree from The Juilliard School. A trumpet player, he has performed with ensembles including the Phoenix Symphony, Los Angeles Philharmonic, and the L A Jewish Symphony. His work has been featured on soundtracks for films, television, and commercials, with credits including CarMax, Buick, Nickelodeon, and the album Women of Valor.
